We specialize in In-Home Training so you are able to workout in the privacy and convenience of your own home, spend less time traveling, and be more supported in your commitment and focus. We enjoy working in your backyard, garden, or pool, adding variety to your workouts throughout and around your home. Your trainer will design a program to meet your fitness goals and challenge you so you see continuous growth and development in your fitness levels.

At Physically Focused, we understand that sometimes the challenges of personal issues, work, vacations, and the normal pendulum of day-to-day living can challenge our motivation to make healthy choices. To help you stay focused, motivated, and on track, we will work with you on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis through phone conversation or email dialog to provide advice and support. Let us help you become conscious of when you're falling back into old patterns so you can begin to forge new ones.
