"I
believe it is essential to incorporate exercise in your daily
routine in order to lead a healthy life. Exercise raises self-esteem
and the result is a better overall quality of life. Emphasize
functional training in order to compete in daily life as well
as sport specific training for people looking to improve athletic
performance. I strive to teach people easy approaches to fitness
that helps incorporate exercise into daily life.
My
experience includes working as a personal trainer at Fitness
101 in Menlo Park , CA and internships at Foothill College
. I have certifications through the American Council on Exercise
and Foothill College . I plan on furthering my education and
earn a degree in kinesiology.
As
a trainer I enjoy working with a wide range of people with
varying experience in exercise. My personal experiences include
weight training, marathon running, and cross training."
